Early Game Checklist

This Early Game Checklist turns Power Your City knowledge into a repeatable Roblox routine. Use it on day one, then reuse it whenever a milestone code drops or you return after a break. Tick items mentally or in a note app; the goal is zero forgotten fundamentals.

Spawn block

  • Join the official experience from Official Links.
  • Confirm HUD loaded and Settings is visible on the left (Controls).
  • Locate your Generators and Batteries before exploring.
  • Skim Getting Started if this is your first session.

Economy block

  • Identify bottleneck: empty tanks vs overflow.
  • Run one timed sell loop.
  • Upgrade only the bottleneck (Generators / Batteries).
  • Recheck fill time after the purchase (Make Cash Fast).

Codes block

  • Open the Codes Hub for live strings.
  • Prep storage or Power payload before Claim.
  • Redeem via How to Redeem.
  • Execute the five-minute plan from Boost Tips.
  • Do not AFK the timer.

Base block

  • Keep sell exit clear.
  • Keep Battery fill levels visible.
  • Note one layout fix for later (Best Base Setup).
  • Avoid rebuilding mid Cash boost.

Defense block

  • Sell down before any AFK.
  • Watch server activity during public codes.
  • Review Steal Power if raided twice in one session.
  • Prefer recovery production over endless chase.

End-of-session block

  • Spend leftover Cash intentionally using Builds Hub ranks.
  • Check Updates for patch surprises.
  • Write one sentence: “Tomorrow I fix ___.”
  • Leave Discord notifications on if you chase new codes (Official Links).

How to customize the checklist

Advanced players can add personal timers (for example, “sell every 90 seconds”) or a max rebuild budget. New players should run the list verbatim for three sessions before customizing. If a step never applies, you may be skipping a system — for example, never opening Codes means you are ignoring free multipliers.

Pairing with other tools and guides

This checklist is the execution twin of the Tools Hub and the narrative twin of Getting Started. When Scripts tempt you, re-read the risk notes on the Scripts Hub and run this list instead for a week.

Why checklists beat memory

Power Your City sessions fail in the small gaps: forgot to free Battery space, Claimed too early, rebuilt mid timer, AFKed full. A thirty-second checklist prevents those gaps more reliably than another vague “tips” paragraph. Print it mentally before every code night and your Roblox progress compounds.

Optional advanced checkboxes

  • Record fill time in seconds for your main Battery set.
  • Record sell loop time door-to-door.
  • Compare both numbers before every Generator purchase.
  • Schedule Power boost before Cash boost when both codes are available.
  • After any raid, complete one full peaceful loop before revenge.

Facilitator mode for friends

If you are teaching a friend, read each checkbox aloud and wait for them to perform it. Do not Claim codes for them. Do not rebuild their base without consent. Point them to Getting Started and Controls when they stall. Coaching with this list creates better teammates on six-player servers.

Failure review template

When a session goes wrong, mark the first unchecked box that mattered. That box is tomorrow’s focus. Avoid rewriting your entire strategy because one raid hurt. Precision beats drama, and Precision is what this checklist trains.
